Looks like a nice clean boat. I would'nt worry about the grey in the cabin. Back in the 90's you could get grey instead of white, it was kind of a "neutral" color. Look at it this way, it'll be a hell of alot easier to keep clean. I like the grey better than white, it makes the seats stand out better.
Good luck on your purchase, but you'd better listen to all of us that tell you to get a survey. Kinda of like an insurance policy, plus your insurance company will probably require it anyway before they insure it. Call them and see.
