I am more impressed by what driving ability can do mph, than cash. There is always someone faster in other boats.

I imagine myself out on the water in a stock boat, stress free going 85 or 10-20k lighter in the pocket going 90-95mph and then breaking something, or even worse someone in a less equipped boat passing you. The feeling of something broke always sucks way worse than the thrill of a little faster. to me.

I have a 2001 35 Lightning, white with purple lightning bolt, purple and white inside, stock 500 efis, complete service this spring, never used head, never used refridge, fresh water and on same lift since new, appx 150 hours, 9.5 on a 10 scale, $100K.
