Yeah, you are definitely broke. Probably the upper gear set, gear floor, and/or clutch/shift assembly.

Check all the above, however before you go pull the drive apart check your shift cable and make sure it is functioning correctly, it could be just out of alignment. It took three merc mecanics to figure that out on my Fever after two years.

I think I better take it to a professional. You know I dont drive hard keep maintence up and then get treated like this but thats the graet life of boating
