Default early 90's speed

you guys should be able to help out no problem... what kind of speed should i be expecting out of a 1992 38 fever w/twin hp 500 carbed (new in 2004), bravo one drives 4 blades, not sure on pitch, its a 92 so no stepped hull im assuming....

I have a 89 38/w twin 420's TRS's and 23 Mirages-
I get 68 on a good day with me and low fuel
Rich
I'm guessing 70-72 ??
