Anyone have the sano-super-upgrade-fix for my sagging cuddy door lid strut? And, yes, that sounds "dirty" . . . . I am new to me owner of 38 Fever and- SHOCKER -the strut that holds the lid up is dead. I have seen some of these that looked like they were made out of super racer spec materials . . . anyone? I don't want to smack my head or break my door first day out. Thanks.

I went to the largest NAPA store in my area and matched it up. Take the old one with you and make sure to get the correct length and as was said get the strongest one they have. I haven't had a problem in over 4 years !!

God Bless NAPA!!!! I tried to get one through my local Fountain dealer last weekend. Not good. The one I picked up for my pop's 35 Lightning I got at my local FORMULA dealer. I pulled it out of my pocket as a joke, the parts guy said "Fountain, right?" and whipped a replacement out from underneath the counter. NAPA it is . . .
