Default Engine Compartment Ventilation

I'm looking for ideas to ventilate the engine compartment on my 27. I was thinking of some vented louvers on the gunnel under the rear rub rail close to the Fountain sticker on my boat, now. Something like the 10 meters came with? If anybody has done this, would you be so kind to post some pics? I'm open to other ideas, too.

Something like the louvers in this ebay link

In addition to the current ventilation openings, or are you going to glass them closed?

No, I want to leave the factory openings and use these to get the hot air out.
