Depends on the style, and application.

Blowers on 502's are easier on bravos than 540's...and the headers you have now are fine for those.

A lot more than it would take to sell it and buy a 100mph boat.

I wanna be cool!,Yes I know it would be cheaper to buy one,but first I need to sell mine, then buy someones pile of assaches, and that is not as fun as doing the stuff yourself,I always do it to cars,boats,ect.. then kick myself for spending so much,lol..plus is anybody running more than 600 h.p. through a bravo with success?

Lots of people. Success is relative.

Back in 96 I had a neighbor with a 42 with 900's on bravos. The boat ran 100+ every weekend until a drive blew. He thought that was pretty successful. He had a 100 mph 42'.

Go here ( www.motorsbyshooter.com ) to see my best buds motor in his boat...the dyno sheet is also there. Look at the power at 5300 rpm. He has been running this motor for 2+ years thru a Bravo 1 with no issues at all. He also doesnt hammer it coming out of the hole. Be gentle getting started and you shouldnt have any problems.
