Red face water comming in at stern rub rail

Does anyone have a water issue at the rear corners of the rub rail. I have water come in during rafting it seems to be comming from there?What did you do to fix it?I tighten all the screws but they didn't move.

I have heard that some fountains have an issue at the bond line in that area. I do not own one but that is just info that I have heard. I am sure that someone will chime in that knows exactly...

I was getting water in the cabin on rough water days...so when I re-did the rub rail I siliconed the seam line all the way around between the deck and hull....never happened again.

I took the back section of rub rail off, cleaned it out and filled with 3M 5200.

Oh yeah, and I siliconed up the old screw holes form the past rub rails also.
