Jana

To bad Hydro wouldn't just take care of you. I think it's a bad move on there part. Thanks for the pic...I'll be checking my a little more often. Keep us informed as to the prop testing. I have heard the Hydro's run the fastest on Fountains but nothing is better than a good hands on test. Good luck.

Jana,

I've got a 23 Q IV Hydromotive on it now. It's a stock 502 MPI.

I'm in the process of a Whipple install and am contemplating trying Hydro's new 5 blade, 26 or 27 p.

The main reason for the Whipple will be getting on plane quicker, not really top speed. With 4-5 people on boat, getting on plane is real slow. All the small boats are are up, then you've got to pass them. We've got a lot of channels and infinite no wake where I boat so quick planing is a priority.

Breathe Later,

I'd be real careful about whippling your boat and then nailing it out of the hole to get on plane quicker. You might want to stock up on Bravos if that's your plan.

Breathe Later,

I live just across the lake in Lindenhurst. I'd like to try your 24 Hydro. My boat came with the 26" Bravo RH as standard.

I'm out every weekend if you get the chance.

29fever,

I'm going with the Teague Platinum Bravo upper and modified lower. Shouldn't have to many worries relative to planing (hopefully)!!!
