Personally, I would do some 304 stainless mirror finish. With the plexiglass, you really need to be carefull on what cleaners you use. The stainless will definetly be more cost prohibitive but will last longer and the shine will be outstanding!!!

I am lucky when it comes to that, may buddy owns a plastic shop, perception plastics 509-624-5408. Any plastic shop should be able to get it for you. I used 3m tape and then used screws with caps around the sides and never had a issue.
the tape holds the middle from moving.
One thing that i did have to do was make a splatter shild and install it over the drive coupler, it would throw greese up on the mirros after i greesed the fittings. And cleaning greese off is no fun. By the way only use cleaners that are made for plastic only!

MirrorPlex works well without adding the weight of stainless.
Attach easily with good quality 3M double-sided tape. Most any glass shop in your area will cut to your dimensions. DO NOT scratch the back side of the plexi when installing, it will show as a scratch when installed.
