No chance on the wife!
The drives are standard height. Think the X is at 18". Standard lowers and 1.5 gears. 5 blade 34" Maximus that were labbed by Bblades. Boat runs low 90's anyday with fuel and people in 95 degree weather. Haven't gotten a chance to run it light. Would think with the current setup 95-96 would be about it. I am only running 5 lbs of boost, could go to 7 and stay reliable which would give 40 hp.
Have spoken with the guys at Fountain, and they really think the 1.36/ 31" propeller combo would be better. Also think sportmasters would help. I am unsure about the shortie drives, as most have trouble getting on plane with them.
