Yes they where 700's make almost 900 now

Those add about 30 to 50 HP but damn they really make the motors sound like there on steroids when you hold it wide ass open

Is the other poker run 42 you videoed a 600 of 700 boat?

Does It Porpoise Like That All The Time Or Can You Trim Or Tab It Out.looks Like You Need To Change The Battery In Your Gps,(the Speedo Is Doin Alot Of Bouncing).that Thing Does Sound To Be Runnin Great.congrats.

600 when we started but now thanks to Dustin Whipple they are identical to the motors in my boat

Thanks for the advice on the spedo we noticed that as well

I didn't notice the porpoising while I was riding in the boat
Let go back and look at the video again when I get off the lake my iPhone hates to play YouTube for some reason

Fwiw, I don't think there was any also in the video.
There was some occasional (and slight) pitching, but that's a different matter altogether.
Otoh, the PR of your friend seemed to actually porpoise a bit, before running as stable as a rock at her max speed.
Just my 2c, anyway.

I'm impressed with those motors of what they are capable of.
So if I have it right the 600 and 700 are just about clones from Merc except for pulley, program, and innercooler?
With the 700 boat you don't have to size up on the props being that the limiters are upped to 5950 but what did you have to go up to on the 600 boat?
Again, great results and those 2 vids are the best hair on the back of the neck standers.
