Need new interior lighting

Our Fountain has about 7 of these 8 watt florescent lights for indirect lighting and half of them are no longer with us.

Does anyone know of a good LED replacement that would put out approximately the same amount of light and fit into the same area?

DEFINATELY do the LEDs. Do a search in this thread...that's where I found the link to get them for my boat. Damn flourescents never seemed to stay lit for me, but the LEDs are bulletproof. Not to mention brighter...
