47 Fountain Top Speed with trip 500efi?? and GPH? Anybody?

Just got the boat back from getting the body work done for the pickup lead in got my new props yesterday [ just ordered them last week ] get the pickup mounted ,get the monster strainer in , get the plumbing done , drives are in the crates waiting to put on that will be the last thing to do , and then we can go .

I have my "performance report" from the Fountain Factory for my 2006 47' Lightning with triple 525efi's with bravo 1 xr 1.5 drives and 32p props.
3000 rpm 48 mph drives 2 tabs 3.......17 gph per motor
3550 rpm 60mph drives 3 tabs 3
4000 rpm 68 mph drives 3 tabs 3.......29 gph per motor
5250 rpm 86 mph drives 4 tabs 2.5....45 gph per motor
Test Driver Terry W
Temperature: 50
Wind: 5 mph
Water: Calm

wow i am surprised they did not alter that report to make it look good. that boat should run high 80's low 90's...I'll bet there is something wrong with the bottom of that boat. It seems like the newer boats ...2000 on...have the most problems with bad bottoms. my 97 was blue printed at fpm and there was very little wrong with it on the other hand there was a 2000 47 that gained 5 mph just by blue printing the bottom.it costs about 5000.00 on the average.
