thats right about where we were thinking too. it ran 100 with beat 700's and drives with 2 differrent gear ratios side to side. lol. fresh big shaft 4's with the same gear ratio side to side now. i will post mroe pics of the progress. should hit the water in a week or so. summer is here in buffalo and a ton of work to do still. im doing a 27 fever with a 850 prob next week and i will post a thread about that too

hope i do not sound dumb, but how much did the ext boxes raise you drives?what kind of exhaust?i am guessing headers by the height of the holes on the transome.nice looking 10meter.should hurt some feelings out on the water.

the boxes actually dropped the drives about 1 inch which the boat needed anyway. the drives were very high before and was hard to stay hooked up in over a 2 foot chop. the boxes had 3 different mounting holes but we went with the top hole to lower the drives a touch. he has dry headers for it. should sound good with the 750's!! attempted to set the motors in last night but the driveshafts sent to us had the wrong flanges for the crash boxes and carrier bearings in the boxes. drive shafts are going to the shop today to get straightened out then doing the motors saturday morning. i hope to have them fired on saturday if all goes well. will post pics and a update soon.

Nice, I remember that boat used to come cruising by my cottage on crystal beach. Good to see it going back together!
