Yes this spring I will be loosing the bottom paint and doing the bblades prop program...I'd really like to try a hydro 26p and see what it will do on my boat

35thls1ss19's prop is a 23 pitch. I think he was pulling 5200 with it.

Yes, gps speed. I spin my motor a little harder than most. Those speeds come between 5300-5500.

I'm a little late............... my 97 with 502 and cmi exhaust did 69 gps on glass at lake Havasu in 100 degrees, with a Hydro Q4 24 pitch running 5000 rpm.

Lose the bottom paint as others have said.

Is your prop labbed by chance? I have the same prop, it is just labbed now. I just bought the CMI set up but also sent my prop to BBlades. Just curious on what to expect when I take her out the first time. Did you buy the boat with CMI or did you do that yourself?

I was running 64-66 all the time GPS. I've seen 67-68 in salterwater once. I only take it maybe twice a year for a weekend. It really didn't matter on how much fuel or people I had on top end. It just took longer to get there.

sorry
