I'm not at all worried about vibration underway, just while idling out. Thank you soooo much for the test. I have been going between downturns, or getting 4 4inch, 18 inch long stainless pipes that I could connect to the exhaust outside the transom that just cleared the swim platform. My only concern with that is that it would be a lot of sharp metal out back when you tried to crawl in the boa from the water. I think the rubber downturns might be the way to go.

I have dry pipes to the tip. I decided to open up my downturns with a 2" holesaw. My rubrail is out of the water. Water test this weekend.
