Default Is there a bolster repair how-to?

Going to take mine apart today to replace seat bottoms as well as reshaping/welding the frame. I'm sure it's been done many times but was curious if its been documented.

Any pointers are welcome.

I reinforced mine heavily... top frame member, new bracing rods, redesigned the seat bottom pivot mounts, cyl pivoting plates

Just gotta look at whats bent and whet flexes when you apply weight to the seat bottom, and then see what needs to be done to straighten and reinforce it all. Before the mods, my seats were short of fully raising up. Afterwards, they come up fully and are strong enough to lift the boat up by them.
