I ran 35 TS 575sci Fountain a little. It was embarrassing if you didn't have patience. What I tried and found to work was using the tabs and turning the boat enough to lean one drive deaper. Probably looked funny but compared to multiple tries, I had it on plane faster than the owner.
He was about to space the drives or turn a different direction sacrificing speed.

I do this particularly when the water is sloppy. Hell, running the boat in a circle will pop it up real quick, but you don't always have the room for that.

when I run certain speed props it is harder than others. One set in particular is a beatch.. Always drives in....
But you would be surprised on the tab setting.. all the way in it won't plane, all the way up it won't plane. but if the tabs are on 2; that it is the only way to get the boat on plane. That and 4,000 rpms.. lol But with normal 5 blade lake props. 1800 and about any tab works
