What if it has 600hp 650 lbs torque Carbureted fresh motors and is in perfect shape 1998?

What's the difference between a 2002 semi stagger 38 and a 2004 semi stagger 38, other than which engine is forward.

'06 35 Lightning Twin Step,525 EFI boat, real clean and runs real strong! You take it from here. I would like to move into a cat, for that to happen this perfect Fountain would need to find a new home.
