Cant post pics to put boat in claasifieds..help?

Cant post pics to put boat in claasifieds..help?
I have tried every which way to shrink my pics so i can list my boat. it continues to tell me it needs to be 1024x0 pixels. what is that and any idea what i may be doing wrong?

Here is a free download for a pic resizer with no spam attached http://www.bricelam.net/ImageResizer/
You can then right click on your pic and reduce the size. Reduce it to a size with 1024 being the largest side.
