What Fountain 33
Hi,
I found this boot but i'am not sure what Modell it is. It should be a Fountain Executioner 33. But never seen one with Outboards.
Thanks
Mike

I've posted this before, Fountain did build a few but I don't how many.
How many would they sell now if they could build them at those prices?!

...........And, there's one over here in Thailand that can be bought for around 30k.
I reckon it needs a bit of work removing the timber and tower but otherwise, she's all there.

In other words, $100,000 in 1987 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $215,774.65 in 2017, a difference of $115,774.65 over 30 years. The 1987 inflation rate was 3.65%.
I bet they could do that with OB or a couple SC LS motors from GM, Marine power a host of others.

We sold 3 of the OB boats back in the mid 80s, one with twin 200 Mercs (Fountain brochure boat), one with trip 2.4 EFI Offshores (troublesome) and one with twin Evinrude 275 V8s. They were very cool boats, lots of cockpit space. Converted the triple Merc boat to twin Second Effort V8s. I think this boat would sell today with the modern OBs available.

Any idea how many were sold in total? How did they perform?
i still think about the one here (Thailand) but not with the old V8’s (zero service/parts back up) but with Verados, could be a nice set up.
