I have one bravo x drive that trims down 1/2" more than the other, Is there an adjustment somewhere to adjust how far the trim will allow the drive to go?

There is a spacer that resembles a celery stick at where the trim cylinder pin passes through the upper unit, the proper position for the spacer on a bravo 1 drive is on the front side of the pin
You may have one of them in the wrong position

Depending on if the transom assembly was replaced look for the limit blocks

Could also be a previous version of the cylinders which a bolt and spacer was used
