Was reading my Jan. issue of powerboat where they test a 2003 29 with twin 350mpi's. To quote lead test driver Bob Teague......."This is a pretty nice little package for this boat , the twin small blocks, Its better than a single engine in my opinion"........COULDNT let THAT go by!!!hehehehe.....

There was a guy out of Hammond, IN with twin big blocks in an early 27', as they called them back then. It had bucket seats! He ran in the low 90's. That boat sat lower in the water than the 32's.
The guy loved his boat.
If I was running on a big body of water I would want the twins even if the handling suffered. If you boat on a smaller Lake I'm sure the 575 would work.

HEY! my boat has bucket seats, yes it does, one of about "a dozen or so" produced in 89 to cater to more of a "family man" or the guy who "has a place on the water and takes his wife to dinner in a suit" .......straight from Reggie himself.........Doug
