Mark with Back 4 More was talkin bout replacin all of his guages a couple months back. I'm pretty sure he has the newer Livorsi style guages and wanted go to the monster guages. Another 42 fountain guy "Rich Obren" was tellin me they're like new, throttles and all. Can't remember the $$$, but I remember it was DIRT cheap!! Might want to contact him as I don't think he has done anything yet.

B4M installed the MOMO steering wheel on his and he has CRT. The red wheel on yous would be SMOKIN! My purple MOMO matches the bezels to a T. Just a note.
Are you thinking of it excepting the 6 push buttons or mounting to the helm itself? If I 'remember' correctly, the wheel screws to the CRT itself with 6(?) screws?

Bought my painted bezel Livorsi gauges from Eddie
Marine, you can order dash thru team marine. Its
laser cut & exactlly like Fountains for about $400.00
If you have K-zero effort throttles, take them apart
and get them powdercoated. The candy apple colors
look awesome & match the colored dash panels.
You can do the whole dash & throttles for about
$1600.00 When I called Fountain they said they
don't carry interior skins for anything older than
1995. I had them done local & had a lady do the
embroidery in her shop, the interior cost 4500.
The stitching 150.00 (I had to remove the interior
myself & pull the bolsters apart,Quite a job)

Jerry,
I want to keep the 6 button CRT. I may have this wheel wrapped in white leather. I really like the white Imco wheel but I don't think it will work with the buttons.
Are you coming up for the Chicago boat show this year? Reggie and Wyatt are going to be there. I guess there looking to move some boats this year.

G - that's a great idea. When you think of it, the info in all those gauges and speedo can be provided by an electronic TFT day/night screen. Plus, most GPS's look like afterthoughts. The idea of simplifying the dash and flush mounting a decent chartplotter could be cool.
I'm not familiar with the setup you described (remember, I'm talking about an '84 boat) but I'll definately look into it!!!
I do have to admit though, there's something intoxicating about a sea of analog gauges/bezzles on a muscle boat.

Dan,
When I get my boat back, I am going to see how I can install a spare CRT on it with my new wheel. May have to drill holes in the spokes for the buttons. I can't stand not having the trim buttons there. My 27 had the trim in the wheel and tabs in the throttle. Hands On!
No Chicago for me this yr. We will be in Jamaica the week of the show. That's ok, doubt I can teach Reggie and Wyatt any more than they already know.
Have fun
