Default Supercharger on 27' Fever II w/ 496HO?

First post on OSO, so I apologize if this question has already been asked/answered. Searched around, but couldn't find it.

Has anyone been able to put a supercharger on a 27' Fever II with a 496HO WITHOUT having to relocate/cut the back of the back seat??? If so, please let me know the brand of the supercharger and how well the package is working.

For the record, I've got a 2003 27' Fever II w/ the 496HO/Bravo I.

THNX

10X,

Thanks for the follow up with Reggie!!

Since you said you aren't familiar w/ the 27', the issue is that the flame arrestor on the 496 HO almost touches the back of the back seat, so there's no room in front of the engine to add the necessary belts/pulleys for the supercharger (at least based on the necessary clearances required in the kits I've looked at).

I know there's guys on OSO running superchargers in their 27's, but I'm assuming they are all 502's, which I'm told sit about 2-3 inches farther aft in the engine bay than the 496.

Again, thanks for the help.

Alli-Runner,

Talked to Steve at TMP. He thought the 496 Procharger kit would fit, but hadn't installed the kit himself on a 27' Fever II. I am going to measure the front clearances on my engine over the weekend to verify. Will keep you posted.
