Candyman,

By the looks of the hills in the background, that's at the GLSCS Grand Haven race last Sept.

Also, by the looks of the attitude of the nose of my boat, it looks like this pic was snapped about 1.5 waves before I stuffed it into a Lake Michigan roller.

Did you catch that manuver?

Thanks for the pic.

Brian

Brian:

I love the stairs you made. Awesome.

I have got to make myself up some.

I just missed it. I turned my head and heard it. Donzi38 saw it. He says the beaks are good for spear fishing also. The waves were coming from all directions in that corner. This happened in the same area. I missed the action shot by a couple of seconds.

I must say, the "beak" saved my a$$ that day, and did just what it's designed to do. That pic of Bob's boat lives up to it's name, "Twisted" and I'd bet that he wishes he had a beak that day. His stuff definately left a mark!

When we stuffed it, as soon as we counted crew members and made sure everyone had their chit together, I was back on the throttles. Didn't loose plane, or position on the race course. My driver sure was quiet for a while, tho.

If I'm out running hard in the snotty stuff, give me a beak, please. In fact, I'll take a beak even if it's flat.

Hey Candyman, would you mind emailing me a full size image of the one above? [email protected] Thanks!

156.9mph and climbing...

Brian

You have mail. I sent all the shots I have of you. If you would like any of them touched up or cropped let me know.

You da Man. Next cold one's on me. Ever get out Lake Erie way? 10x is trying to get me out to a COPS Fun Run this summer, so maybe I'll get a chance to come play in your pond.

Thanks again!

Brian,
Two of the emails were returned. I guess your in box was full. I'm going to resend them now. Hope you can make a COPS run or two this summer. Reggie wants to bring a poker run boat and a race boat to one of the events. It should be fun.

Yup, mailbox full. I cleaned it up some.

Is there a COPS schedule? Website? I've always liked partying in Chicago, but have never taken a boat there.

Sounds like a lot Fountain folks hang there, evident by Reggie making his recent appearances and planning new ones. The man knows how build a market.

I took my motors for a ride to my builder today. So technically, I took (part of) my Fountain for a ride!

When's that Lake gonna thaw?

Cheers,
Brian
