Default Moving up

Well maybe. I'm going to Pier 57 this weekend to test drive a 2004 38 Lightning. I currently have a 32 Fever. Can anyone help me out with the dreaded insurance? What can I expect to pay and does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks

I did get a quote from them last year for the 32 but they were higher than Blackadar for a 12 month policy. I have not tried them this year. Maybe I should. They might have better rates now. I have been quoted about $3500 from Blackadar.

SeaDated,
Would be very interested to know how you come out on your visit. I was at Pier 57 several months ago and looked at their 38 ----525 staggered with awesome paint job(mostly yellow---wife did not like). Did not get into much price talk, but boat came in at approx. $225 on first pass. Performance sheet topped at 92MPH. I am looking at 35 or 38 with 525. If same boat- it is a beauty and should perform great. Let us know after your visit. Good Luck........

Sounds like the same boat. If I get them down to $225 It's mine. I'll let you know. If I don't get that 38 I will have them order the same boat in a 35. Keep your fingers crossed.

SeaDated,
The 38 at Pier 57 has to be the same boat. They have had it on their website for 8-10 months. I also am looking at both 35 and 38 models with the 525. Other option is order boat in plain white and have custom paint job. Don't know how this cost compares with Fountain factory cost. Please let us know after your visit.
