If you are looking for independent verification of the boat's top speed I here'by volunteer for the job. We Fountain owners need to step up for one another. No need to thank me but I would appreciate if both the fuel tanks and beer coolers were full when I take her out. I feel the tests should be authenticated under true summer conditions.

That is one seriously nice 38. How'd it feel compared to your 32?

Do you like the way the Throttles are? Mike Livorsi just came out with an angled set of throttles specifically for Reggie. When you are at WOT the ends of the handles are inches from the trim switches like the old setup. I'd make sure the dealer will change those out for the newer edition.

Thanks for the offer to lend a helping hand. Nothing like Fountain owners sticking together.

As far as the 32 goes, it was a great boat and after I dressed up the engines and bilge, I really enjoyed it. The 32 had better acceleration but not as much top end. Our lakes here are very busy so I'm looking for a better ride. Can't wait to try it out.

PS. What kind of beer? Silly question...I know the answer. FREE! Free beer is my favorite brand too.
