Hammer,
If you are looking for a 47, you need to check out mine (as Troutly stated in his post). I have pictures and specs available for email. I don't know where you live, but I keep the boat at my house in a heated building here in Minnesota. It's a beautiful boat that was done up special for the 2001 Miami Boat Show.

P.S. - I have owned a 42 and the 47. If you want more room in the cabin and cockpit, the 47 is the way to go. The 47 is WAY bigger.

I like the agility of the 29, but the cockpit space on the 47 has me hooded, well, and the fact that it has three motors. Anybody with any size that has looked at all of the angels and has any opinion would be helpful.
Just sold 2000 47 fountain can't say enough it is alot of boat for the money. much larger than the 42 insurance cost higher but well worth the expense trip 500 efi's would run 86 with lab tech props

The Pile driver left last week. I am extending the boathouse from 40' to 56'. I am going to use 4 Three ton electric chain hoists with a Myco Cradle to move the boat up quicker than a standard lift. I will wire it to 2 hand controls on pendants instead of 4. It's a pia when your trying to raise a boat and you have to contend with the large wakes washing you up.. I will be looking for a 47' with 500 or 525 EFI's in June.
