What kind of mid range and top speed for a 89 40' fountain w/ 420's and bravo's ? Thanks

60 mid high 68, a guesstimate i test drove the same boat with 525's

If you go to 800's and #5's you can do 90 and cruise 75

Nice boat, got room for one in that pic? I'm starting with 420's woulld like to see at least high 70's. How much H.P. will it take?

That boat did mid 70's with 650 per side and #3's. It has only carpet in the cabin, no couches or head and only has 2 100 gallon fuel tanks.
