Re: 525hp Exhaust questions
There was alittle chop cant remeber just how much but 1-2's I think. Mine will get alittle squirrly till I put the k-plains down and it calm right down. The worst part is getting on plain and how it will fall off above 70 ish and creep the rest of the way. I am working on trying to fix that just not exactly sure wich way wily work the best.

Re: 525hp Exhaust questions
Hi Terry,
Getting it on plane took me some time, because I came out of a 24' Baja Outlaw with 850
blower motor that got on plane featherinf the throttle to 2000rpm without the tabs...
My buddy has a sister ship to ours and he taught me to tuck in the drive and drop the tabs, give it full constant wot without cavitating the prop, then simultaneously trim out and bring up the tabs.... She gets right up on plane and stays there. I also find the bow hunting
(dropping) in certain conditions. She runs best into the wind and on top of 2' rollers , wind against tide, that we experience on the inner Great South Bay on Long Island.
From what I've been told the boat to have is the 38 with staggered motors, but I can't swing the $$$$$$$$$$...
Let us know if you do the whipple upgrade, or any prop changes, this site is great for sharing info...
