Re: Fountain owner check in
I will have to get some pics up. The rigging of the boat was ok. I did not like how the fuel line laid on the floor and through stringers.
Also, since the time these pics were taken the salt air has dicolored as well as corroded alittle here and there. Mostly the inner transom plates.
The bilge has also been re gelcoated 3 times over the original. Drop a tool and a huge thick chip comes up. I have removed the 3 layers and doing a little touch up glass work currently.
The BDS blowers 1271's came back from freshen and polish. The rest of the parts have been stripped and are at the powdercoaters waiting on me to finish up fabbing a few pieces.
I will try to post some pics soon. Also, the thought has crossed my mind to paint it back to original if I planned to keep it. Right now I have orders new deck graphics from Ryan Beckley to replace the current faded ones. Changing the striping means a change in upholstery and not ready for that yet

Re: Fountain owner check in
Not really. We bought her Dec. 2003, she arrived Jan. 2004 and used summer of 2004 just to enjoy the ride and figure out how to best run her. She's plain white on the sides now but still have most of the top deck graphics from when she was NADA Chance but the graphics are very faded. When we bought her she was called NEVER SATISFIED, that is what you saw in the ad. But it is pretty much the same graphics from the NADA days.
Boat name is BAD DOG, if you ever play in the Lake Erie Island area, that is where we will be. Hoping to take her on the Miami - Key West poker run in November
