Its kind of interesting that when I was a kid hurricane pass there at the end of keywaddin was a usable pass and we regularly would go in and out there to head over to coconut Island which only exists as a sand bar now. Even back then(70s) Keywaddin was popular but our population was much smaller then. My folks owned one of the peices of property on Keywaddin then and we would head out there on Friday and overnight on the boat until Sunday night. If you can beleive it They paid 13,000 for the property with a dock on the intercoastal and 150- 200 feet of beachfront. Boy have things changed

Great, Mike. It would not be a Fun Run without the Naples Gang. See you soon.

Ok, So I really don't feel like working today so I am killing time on OSO.......

The runs is three weeks away. Who is planning on going?

I ordered the parts for my boat today! I will be working on the boat in the next week and should be ready by Chirstmas. See you all there!

I delivered our starboard motor to the engine builder this morning he says he should have it back to us before Xmas. That gives me a week to put it back in the boat and test so I am counting on making it. See you soon

John,

I know you can probably do it blindfolded with one hand tied behind your back by now, but if you need help putting the motor back in, I'll be down 12/24 - 12/30.

Default Update:

Confirmed boat count is now at 34 boats and 2 maybe's. I know there are more but have not had time to make some calls.

Post # 1 has been updated to include our menu at Guy Harvey's.
Also we have confirmation that Donna C. ( Tom's wife ) will be riding in the helicopter with Jay. Donna will be shooting video and Jay the stills. ( if you can call 100 MPH boat pics stills ? LOL )
