Thanks Aaron, I like it and can't wait to fly down there to get it wet.

Hallelujah,
It's up and running!!! Traced the last couple of problems to a bad fuel pressure gauge and a very small piece of rubber that had somehow worked it's way into one of the jets in the carb.
Many thanks to Jeff Haylett with the rebuilding, tuning, and trouble shooting of the motor. We had it out yesterday doing a little more tweaking. Still need to try a couple different props for the best performance, but it is running GREAT!
Really looking forward to New Years Day Run.

Thanks Craig,
Wish you were going to still be in town for the run.
You have a very Merry Christmas and a great New Year.
Hope to see you soon.

Congrats on finding the issue. I understand how frustrating that can be. Look forward to seeing you again

Well,

looks like I may be missing a few rigging items, and BAM is closed for 2 weeks, so where is lunch, maybe I'll drive over and meet y'all.

Rick. Anyone that is willing to drive over from the east coast on the morning of New Years Day for lunch, deserves a seat on one of the boats. While I cannot commit a seat myself at this time perhaps there is someone at FMO that can help. I have some family in the area for the holidays and expect that I will be full. If not then I can then offer you a seat. Anyone ??
Bob

PS. for those OSO's in the area that want to drive to join us for lunch, we will be at Guy Harvey's in the Esplande on Collier Blvd. ( the main drag ) across from McDonalds, Marco Island. 1:30 till 3:30 PM.

Make sure you hunt me down and say hello. I know what you mean by looong winters. I am from Canada, but am fortunate enough to now spend a good part of my winters in South West Florida. Best boating in the world.......... at least when it's snowing in Canada or Sweden.
