Live In Nj And Have A Friend Who Was A Major Devoloper There And Has Offered Me A Home That Needs Drywall For 20 K In Lehigh Acres . I Want To Know If The Area Is A Bad Place To Live And How Close To Water ? Any Boat Ramps That Can Handle 32 Skater At Low Tide And Trailer Parking .

Depends its pretty wild there now but for 20k....would have to see it but I would not leave the boat unattended for any period of time.It will probably turn but will be 5-10 years and never what it was dollar wise.
