Don't I wish. I was just thinking I can barely afford this one when the starboard engine blew up on me. At least I'll save on gas while it's being rebuilt
Turns out the port motor had a new long block put in less than 10 hours before I bought it (I've only put 4 hrs on it) Crappy salesman told me something different, but I'm happy the one rebuild was much more recent then he let on.

Starboard motor, #5 cylinder had a major malfunction this past Sunday (no compression now). Only a couple miles to a ramp and had a great group of guys out there to help me limp it home (James and Steve that you already met and others). Gimbal ring needed to be replaced on that side anyway. Finally tracked down the previous owner and turns out he blew the port motor and traded the boat in on a new 353. I was going to rebuild both, but the port apparently only has 10-20 hours on it. You'd think they (dealer) would have mentioned that???
