Dave I don't own one myself but have friends with them. When they pull up to my boat, I invite them aboard, offer food and beverages and go for a fast ride!!

Nice Kawasaki! I work at the U.S. headquarters in Irvine. From what I understand speeds registered on the stock gauges are purposely overstated to avoid issues with consumers breaking speed limits and then blaming the Kawasaki. By making sure the numbers are always inflated, on everything from JetskiŽ watercraft to motorcycles and ATVs, the company avoids liability. How fast? Too fast to fall off at top-end! Love those "F" models though...great hull, little spray, and great fuel economy from the 4-stroke! Have fun!
