Bennett Trim tab simulator - HP upgrade
I downloaded their tab simulator after a someone posted a link here.

One of the boats you can use is a Cig. Pretty cool program, but that Cig just didn't seem fast enough. We all love big power on our real boats....I needed to figure how to upgrade that slug of a Cig.
After installing and getting the hang of the simulator, try this:
Find this folder on your drive. It is probably in your C:
C:\Program Files\Bennett Trib Tab Simulator\boats\Cigarette
In there there is a file called boat.cfg. Make a backup copy before you start messing with it.
Now open the boat.cfg with notepad. You'll see all kinds of parameters you can play with, including:
1610 motor_hp
Change your hp to whatever you wish (simulator, not running), start up the sim, and see how your motor upgrade affected your boat.
It is a LOT more fun with an extra 1000 or more HP.
Cheapest HP upgrade on any hi perf boat....
There are a bunch of other things you can play with in that file. I saw boat length in there too (46'). Maybe I'll turn it into a 38' TG? Guess 46 makes it a Rough Rider, huh?
Have fun...
