I PM'd him this morning with the link just in case he was no longer subscribed to the thread! I figured his big mouth would liven things up around here

Its a shame. I really liked thre guy and he helped me out with valuable info about National. But there is to many incidents to give him any benefit of the doubt now. He also tried to buy a house from a friend of ours on the lake and backed out at the last minute saying his partner in his practice had some health issues. He claimed to be Chiropractor at one time !!

Cops: Man filed claim on Hummer he stole
A Woodstock man is facing felony charges after trying to collect thousands in insurance money on a Hummer that he had stolen, state police said.
Police said Heath A. Sharpe, 29, filed a claim with Allstate Insurance Co. in March, stating that his 1999 Hummer, valued at $63,000, was stolen while he was in Chicago.
But an investigation revealed that Sharpe was convicted in August 2002 in Georgia of stealing the very Hummer he claimed was stolen from him, police said.
Sharpe, who was arrested Wednesday, was charged with second-degree insurance fraud, second-degree attempted grand larceny and first-degree falsifying business records, all felonies. He was arraigned in Kingston City Court.
He was being held in Ulster County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail. He will later be extradited to Cobb County, Ga., to face a felony violation of probation charge.

The date on that says July 2003.
-It mentions "violation of probation" likely probation from the theft in GA.
-Says charged in July 2003 of the other stuff that does not necessarly mean convicted.
