With that being said I would go with the Sunsation. Top speed should be similar and the Sunsation should have more cockpit and cabin room and probably ride better in rough water.

Been in both, Fountain will be faster, and thats the only advantage!!
When the fountain comes on plain, you lose all view of the horizon!! Can see a thing, and it also looks funny as he11 too!
The fountian sits reeeeaaalll low in the water too! Be prepared for people tell you "I think your boat is sinking sir"

Unless the weight has changed,, last I heard a 32 w/ h.o.'s runs low 80's so I am assuming an older 32 with 502's runs mid to upper 70s's ???

Ok most like Sunsation.
Now what to do to 502 magnum and props.
What is best air filter on the market for more air?
Is there a rev limiter on these? I heard 5250?
If boat has 25p Mirage Plus, then do you get 26P Lab Mirage Plus? To turn the same rpms. Any one have source new or used?

A friend of mine had a 32 Fountain with the 502s and the rear of the boat at the swim platform was so low it took on water and it sunk. It was sold to him from a dealer in NH that knew the boat had the problem, but my friend made out really well in court.

take those 502 super charge, with intercooler and cam mid to upper 90's no problem. And yes Sunsation all the way. I had 2 of the 32's and same power in both, I was faster than the Fountains in my area.

hech I got all the goodies to boost your boat right to 500 hp each motors. I will sell the stuff cheap as I took it off my 500's and now have 625 each.

Gary, what do you have and how much? I want to run mid 80's without losing to much reliability. Since I am no Merc Mechanic-which is apparent I am sure.

Friend of mine has a 32 fountain with stock 502's and it runs right at 80 on the GPS. Cockpit is tight and cabin is small.
Only Sunsation i've been on has been at a boat show. The Cockpit was put together very nicely!! The cabin was roomy, but looked to be thrown together cheaply.
Which fountain are you looking at ? I think i may know the boat.
