Mine were stolen over the winter off of our project boat and now we need some new ones. I need all of the hardware as well. Anyone know where I can get these, or does anyone have a new or rebuilt pair you want to get rid of?

Drive Actuators,,, Do you mean trim cylinders, or mechanical trim indicators.
If you're looking for Trim Indicators call Blue Water Marine, don't have their number but that's where I got mine from a few years ago.

No I need the Trim Cylinders. The 2 black rods that are on each side of the drive that lift it up and down.

Thats a pretty good price for the set depending upon the P/N. 800 bucks for the pair is the norm. Keep in mind the newer ones will be a bit smller diameter then your original ones...

Which dimension will be a bit smaller, you mean the main body that runs parrallel with the drive? And why would the part number be different...do they make different ones? Thanks.
