The guy who purchased my old 38 foot race boat, Top Banana had it shipped to Thailand and did a lot of hull and deck work on it.
But, he has some health problems and has put the boat up for sale.
He intended to run a bracket with outboards. For sale ......it comes with the hull and deck, no hardware or engines.
His name is Jef de Jong and he has a Offshore racing page on Facebook. called Classic Offshore Boat Restoration. It has over 70,000 members from all over the world.
When he bought the boat, he had it shipped via a cargo container by putting it in the box sideways, so it can be moved that way for cheaper rates for shipping.
