Re: Does Your Boat Keys Float ?
Keys don't-cell phone don't-Sunglasses don't-wifes purse don't-(bad weekend in July) I complain about a lake in Ohio only being 5ft deep but not that weekend, we got it all back. I took a spill off a buddies cruiser walking down the bow at night to the forgetting about those big cruiser railings they put up around those boats it is hard to just step off the boat on to the docks, I am sure it was pretty comical to everyone watching at the bar and I am sure the drinks I had in me helped out.

Re: Does Your Boat Keys Float ?
They do now. The metal gas cap keys are too heavy. I had mine in the handle to the gas pump while I did something else. When it clicked I went to the back and they were gone. Fortunately the marina had a parts shop. We got the key number off the switch and they had a box full of them. I then bought a plastic gas cap key.
Now it all floats.
Now it all floats.
