have him take a hole saw and get you a few windage holes on the back side of each scoop, that will release most of the pressure, just a couple in the right areas...good luck...

And in answer to your question, yes Gino, you have THE worst luck. Those little handles you turn are on my boat, too, and they do come undone, but my hatches just fly up and look dumb. I think I need more speed.

When I was younger I was called Shleprock (the unlucky guy from the Flintstones Pebbles and Bamm Bamm show). I thought I would grow out of my bad luck. Thank goodness it's only little things!
