While I have read many opinions on OSO the new ribbed top cap on the XR presents some new issues. Do you go with a top cap shower knowing that the ribs will interupt the sheeting action down the sides of the drive? I have had a Simrek Summit for years on a standard Bravo 1, but it doesn't appear that it will retrofit with this new cap. Thoughts, suggestions, cost?

Simrek, halo, directs the water to the sides.

I would be cautious with the triangle shaped flex hose drive showers on a ribbed cap. I went to put one on and found that the replacement bolts only grab about 5 threads. Check your bolt length!

I believe the Innovative brand recommends you fill in the troughs on top w/ some putty or caulk so the water is not channeled in them down the back of the drive. Good luck! Wrink
