Ok ok. On my Eagle trailer I've been stepping up on the bow off of the spare tire and have almost fell in the water several times. That ladder would come in handy.

Here is a picture of a ladder on the back of a trailer. It is mounted to the drive guard and swings out of the way with the guard. I know that this idea won't help you much with getting up onto the bow of your boat, but this is still a good idea.
