Tantrum, look real close at the transon, every one I have ever seen is rotten. Its also not a full transom, just a small piece where the motor mounts. look for black stains running down from the lifting rings on the transom too. several I have looked at had nothing but black mud between the fiberglass layers of the transom. I split mine apart and gutted it, added a full 1.5 inch laminated transom, knee braces and bonded the liner in which is just barely tabbed in from the factory. stringers were rotted too so new composite ones were added.

Yeah I plan on pulling it apart and doing any glass work that needs to be done. Do you have any pictures of yours pulled apart. It sounds like Im going to do the same thing.......replace everything

I had a mini.. It was a neat little boat. I ran a 35 merc on mine. The guy I sold it to put a new 50hp merc on her right after I sold it to him a few years back.. In regards to the interior, I bought the boat used without engine trailer or interior. I made the interior for mine. It was fairly easy.. It was mainly just 2 rectangular cushions for the seat..

Danny,

Here is a name for one of your boats,

"The Dirty Water Dog".
