Sean Most of the marine dyno shops do dyno them full dressed . I did mine even with the powersterring pump w/ fluid in it, Also my fuel system so there was no adjustment in the boat necessary..Thats the way Mark at Precision Marine dynos them ,just the way it is in the boat It doesn't show real good #'s with the all the asseroys. But at least you know what it makes in the boat and its drop in and run pretty much

They say the just the CMI over the race car headers is about 25 hp.then you have the alternator, Merc water pump, water circulator.power steering pump

drypipetiger motors sound healthy, Congrats . Maybe JC's spacer can pick ya up some more Keep us posted......

I will Rob.

So my CMI exhaust would feasibly push me over 700hp?

No they rob power, sorry 15-25hp depending on the style .Your dry tailpipes should help though on the boat .

Most shops run the race car style hearder because of the EGT's in them . They dont want to buy a set of $3000. CMI just to dyno and put EGT bungs them.they will never recoop the 3000.00

JCPerf,
Question for you. Note the torque drop in the 3600 rpm range. This seems to be a common occurance in these large bore and large stroke engines. Just want your oppinion on what it may be? Have you and Richie seen the same over the years?
