I like the HST's actually I am keeping my eye out for one, just to play with,they weren't the race boat that they were designed to be but they are a fun boat that will run through some pretty rough water for their size.

I don't think there is really a difference between a cat and a tunnel hull they call the small ones tunnel hulls and the larger ones cats. Some cats have centerpods and then they are not refered to as true cats by the purists. The depth of the tunnel probably has to do with whether they are called cats or tunnels but they still call it a tunnel if it is on a cat so I'm sorry but I don't know if there really is an answer to that question.
